Refund Policy

The Short Version

No refunds for tools that work as expected. If something is broken and we can't fix it, you get free retries or credit. Simple.

1. One-Time Purchases

This applies to: ATS Full AI Report, Cover Letter, Cold Email, Employability Rescue Plan.

  • Tool worked correctly? No refund. The AI generated your report/letter/email as promised.
  • Tool failed or gave an error? We'll give you a free retry at no extra cost. Just email us or use the retry button.
  • Payment went through but no result? We'll either deliver the result or give you a free retry. Email contact@jobrise.io with your payment ID.

2. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Plans

This applies to all subscription and bundle plans. See our pricing page for current rates.

  • Used the tools? No refund. You received the service.
  • Haven't used any tools yet? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Tools are down or broken? We'll extend your plan by the number of days affected, free of charge.
  • Want to cancel? Cancel anytime from the billing page. No future charges. Access continues until the current period ends.

3. What Counts as "Broken"

  • The tool returned an error instead of results.
  • Payment was charged but no result was delivered.
  • The AI returned obviously wrong or empty output (not just "I expected better results").

What does NOT count as broken:

  • "The cover letter isn't perfect" or "I wanted different suggestions." AI output varies and may need editing.
  • "I didn't get the job." We improve your application materials, not guarantee employment.
  • "I changed my mind after seeing the results." The tool delivered what was promised.

4. How to Request Help

  1. Email contact@jobrise.io with your payment ID or registered email.
  2. Describe what went wrong.
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours (usually faster).
  4. If the tool was broken, we'll provide a free retry or account credit immediately.

5. Razorpay Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. In the rare case a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (this is Razorpay's processing time, not ours).

6. Our Promise

We're a small team building tools for Indian job seekers. We're not trying to take anyone's money unfairly. If something genuinely breaks, we'll make it right. Every time.
